The truth is they possess mature working skillsets, which can facilitate them in adapting to a new working context. Due to the imbalance of information, and the strict lock-down policies, it is rather impossible for them to receive proper working information. Furthermore, some of the unemployed homeless citizens are being starving on the streets, which confined their requirements to a job for just a meal.
