The slide-deck on Testing by Andy Lapham has given a vivid idea of the testing process in prototyping. Before the development comes the prototype testing. It includes concept testing with actual customers. I learned how to make essential modifications before development and creating a product that meets the needs and expectations of users. Here, the objective is to recognise issues and probable areas for quick improvement. This, in a way, helps all to revisit the ideas that are made and framed.

I also learned that the most important part is the concept of Iteration. This includes the cycle of prototype, feedback, and refinement. This, in a way, helps to modify and form the idea as perfectly as possible. Hence, testing prototypes is a crucial step in the process of product and design development. Depending on the sort of item, the stage of the development process, the objectives, and the available resources, the prototype can be tested in various ways. Therefore, the adaptation of various ways of prototype testing is a major learning and will be helpful for my next project. This will definitely help me to reconsider the flaws, and the accuracy of my prototype before showcasing it to the audience.
